1. This is a prepaid thing. Please do not buy from me if you can't wait.
2. No dead buyers allowed.
3. You'll have to pay the full amount first. There will be refunds for out of stocks items.

5. Meet ups prolly at north / west side, mostly Woodlands. If sweeties want to meet at some other areas, transportation fee of $1.50 will be charged.
6. Postage charges differs.
7. A fee of $5.30 per item will be charged for handling and shipping, unless otherwise stated.

11. A notification email will be sent to you after I've received your order form. Please be patient. I'll reply your email within 2 days.
